How Peer Perspective Works
How IQKarma protects the feedback you give as a peer.
What you are being asked to do
Someone who knows you invited you to share how you experience their everyday behavior. You answer short statements about observable behaviors on a slider. It takes about three minutes.
No written comments
IQKarma uses structured quantitative feedback rather than open-ended peer commentary. Peers communicate their experience of a member's behavior through defined behavioral metrics, not narrative comments.
Your feedback is anonymous to them
The person who invited you does not see who said what, and does not see your individual ratings. Your ratings are combined with other Peer Perspectives before any result is shown.
It is voluntary and free
Taking part is your choice. You do not need an account or a paid membership, and you can decline using the link in your invitation.
Your data
We use your ratings to produce the member's Peer Perspective results. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for how data is handled.
