IQKarma Terms of Service — Version 1.0
IQKarma Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 8, 2026
Last Updated: September 14, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of IQKarma, including the IQKarma website, progressive web application, mobile-accessible services, assessments, peer-feedback services, behavioral intelligence tools, reports, artificial intelligence features, membership services, and other products and services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is operated by Behavioral Intelligence Labs LLC (“Behavioral Intelligence Labs,” “IQKarma,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, accessing or using the Service, or otherwise indicating your acceptance of these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account, purchase a membership, or use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an IQKarma account or purchase a membership unless we expressly authorize another age requirement in accordance with applicable law.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- you meet the applicable minimum age requirement;
- you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
- the information you provide to us is accurate and complete;
- your use of the Service does not violate applicable law; and
- if you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. What IQKarma Provides
IQKarma is a behavioral intelligence and personal-development platform designed to help users better understand, measure, reflect upon, and potentially improve behavioral patterns and how those behaviors may be perceived or experienced by others.
Depending on your membership level and available features, the Service may include:
- self-assessments across behavioral categories;
- private peer-feedback and peer-assessment functionality;
- behavioral scores, indicators, metrics, and scorecards;
- comparisons between self-assessment and peer feedback;
- perception-gap or perception-delta measurements;
- behavioral trends and progress tracking;
- personalized observations and recommendations;
- artificial intelligence-assisted reflections, coaching, summaries, or insights;
- invitations to trusted peers;
- reports and dashboards;
- educational content;
- behavioral-development tools; and
- other features we may introduce from time to time.
Features may differ by membership level, geographic region, platform version, or other factors.
3. IQKarma Is Not a Clinical or Professional Assessment
IQKarma is intended for informational, educational, entertainment, self-reflection, and personal-development purposes.
IQKarma is not a medical, psychiatric, psychological, diagnostic, therapeutic, legal, employment, financial, or other licensed professional service.
IQKarma does not diagnose mental-health conditions, personality disorders, cognitive disorders, behavioral disorders, or any other medical or psychological condition.
Behavioral scores, peer feedback, AI-generated observations, reports, recommendations, and other information provided through IQKarma should not be treated as professional diagnoses or as substitutes for qualified professional advice.
If you have concerns requiring medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, employment, or other professional assistance, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
4. Behavioral Scores and Perception Data
IQKarma may calculate scores, metrics, comparisons, trends, perception deltas, or other indicators based on information supplied by you, your peers, and the Service.
These measurements represent structured interpretations of submitted information and perceptions. They do not establish objective facts about a person's character, intelligence, morality, psychological condition, professional competence, or worth.
Peer feedback represents the perceptions or experiences of the individuals providing it.
A difference between your self-assessment and peer feedback does not establish that either perspective is objectively correct.
IQKarma is designed to help identify patterns and differences in perception that may support reflection and behavioral development.
5. Peer Feedback
Certain IQKarma features allow users to invite people they know, like, trust, work with, interact with, or otherwise know personally or professionally to provide categorical behavioral feedback.
You agree to use peer-feedback functionality responsibly.
You may not use IQKarma to:
- harass, intimidate, threaten, humiliate, or retaliate against another person;
- solicit knowingly false or malicious feedback;
- impersonate another person;
- manipulate ratings or assessments;
- coordinate ratings intended to harm another person;
- use peer feedback as a vehicle for discrimination;
- submit defamatory, unlawful, threatening, or abusive material; or
- circumvent privacy, anonymity, or platform safeguards.
IQKarma may remove feedback, restrict features, suspend accounts, or take other appropriate action when we reasonably believe the Service is being misused.
6. Anonymous and Private Peer Feedback
IQKarma may offer peer-feedback features designed to limit disclosure of an individual peer's identity to the person receiving feedback.
Where IQKarma describes feedback as “anonymous,” this generally means that the identity of an individual feedback provider is not intentionally disclosed to the feedback recipient through the ordinary user experience.
Anonymous does not necessarily mean that no identifying or technical information exists within IQKarma's systems.
We may maintain account, transaction, security, device, network, fraud-prevention, audit, or other technical information as reasonably necessary to operate and protect the Service or comply with law.
We may also establish minimum response thresholds, aggregate responses, delay disclosure of results, or use other mechanisms designed to reduce the likelihood that individual feedback providers can be identified. IQKarma will update and describe any minimum peer-response threshold or aggregation rule once finalized.
Users may not attempt to identify anonymous feedback providers, pressure peers to reveal their responses, or circumvent anonymity protections.
7. Information About Other People
IQKarma may permit you to provide information about another person, including an invitee, peer, colleague, friend, family member, or other individual. When doing so, you agree that you will:
- provide only information reasonably necessary to use the Service;
- not knowingly provide false information;
- not upload sensitive information about another person unless expressly permitted by IQKarma and legally authorized;
- not use the Service to create unauthorized dossiers or profiles about others; and
- comply with applicable privacy and other laws.
An invitation to participate in IQKarma does not authorize you to disclose unrelated personal information about the invitee.
8. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate account information and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
You must notify us promptly if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.
We may require identity, email, device, payment, or other verification where reasonably necessary to protect users and the Service.
9. Membership Levels
IQKarma offers multiple levels of paid membership and engagement.
IQKarma currently anticipates four membership levels with different combinations of behavioral categories, insights, peer-feedback capabilities, reports, AI-assisted functionality, tracking, and other services.
Current membership descriptions and prices presented at checkout form part of your purchase transaction. The names and current pricing of the four membership levels, with monthly and yearly plans, are:
Pricing shown reflects current plans as of September 14, 2026 and is the same pricing presented at checkout.
We may add, modify, discontinue, rename, or restructure membership plans, subject to applicable law and any commitments applicable to an existing paid subscription.
10. Subscription Billing
IQKarma memberships may be offered as recurring subscriptions.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize IQKarma and its payment service providers to charge the applicable membership fee, taxes, and disclosed charges to your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing period until cancellation.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, memberships automatically renew for successive billing periods until canceled.
Prices and billing frequency will be disclosed before purchase.
Memberships are monthly or annual subscriptions.
11. No Free Trial Unless Expressly Offered
IQKarma does not provide a free trial unless a specific promotion expressly states otherwise.
Access to paid membership features begins after successful purchase or as otherwise disclosed during checkout.
Promotional offers, discounts, credits, or trial periods, if offered, may be governed by additional terms presented with the offer.
12. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring membership using the cancellation functionality provided through your account, using Manage Subscription on the Billing page, or another method required by applicable law.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but ordinarily does not terminate access already purchased for the current billing period.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a partially used billing period.
13. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a specific offer, membership fees are non-refundable once charged.
If we issue a refund, credit, or other accommodation in a particular situation, doing so does not obligate us to provide the same accommodation in other circumstances.
14. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.
IQKarma may not directly receive or store complete payment-card information when payments are processed through those providers.
Your use of payment services may also be subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and privacy practices.
15. AI-Generated Features
IQKarma may use artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems to generate reflections, summaries, recommendations, coaching content, explanations, behavioral observations, or other outputs.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, outdated, or based on incorrect assumptions.
You should exercise independent judgment when using AI-generated information.
AI outputs are not professional diagnoses, determinations of fact, or guarantees of future behavior or outcomes.
You should not rely exclusively on AI-generated information for consequential decisions concerning employment, healthcare, legal rights, financial matters, education, housing, insurance, or similar high-impact matters.
16. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- violate applicable law;
- infringe another person's rights;
- access another person's account without authorization;
- scrape, harvest, systematically extract, or commercially exploit Service data without authorization;
- interfere with Service security or operation;
- introduce malicious code;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
- reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- circumvent membership, payment, security, privacy, or access controls;
- use automated systems to manipulate assessments or peer feedback;
- use IQKarma for unlawful surveillance or profiling;
- sell or disclose another person's private IQKarma information without authorization; or
- use IQKarma to make unlawful discriminatory decisions.
17. User Content
“User Content” includes information, responses, assessments, written feedback, comments, goals, profile information, and other material users submit through the Service.
You retain ownership of rights you hold in your User Content.
You grant Behavioral Intelligence Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, transform, display, and otherwise use User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
This license does not give us unrestricted ownership of your User Content.
18. Aggregated and De-Identified Information
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may create aggregated or de-identified information from information collected through the Service.
We may use such information for analytics, research, product development, benchmarking, service improvement, security, and other lawful business purposes, provided that we maintain the information in de-identified form where required by applicable law.
We will not attempt to re-identify information that we are legally required to maintain as de-identified.
19. Intellectual Property
The Service, including IQKarma software, interfaces, methodologies, designs, graphics, branding, scoring frameworks, reports, documentation, algorithms, text, and other content supplied by Behavioral Intelligence Labs, is owned by Behavioral Intelligence Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.
“IQKarma,” associated logos, product names, and related marks are trademarks or service marks of Behavioral Intelligence Labs LLC or their respective owners.
20. Feedback About IQKarma
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, recommendations, or other feedback concerning IQKarma, you authorize us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that this section does not transfer ownership of personal information or peer-feedback data to us.
21. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices.
Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate agreements between you and that provider.
22. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of IQKarma.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or operate without interruption or error.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes affecting paid services.
23. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably determine that you:
- materially violated these Terms;
- created security or legal risk;
- misused peer-feedback or anonymity functionality;
- engaged in fraud or payment abuse;
- harmed other users or the Service; or
- used IQKarma for unlawful purposes.
Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
You may stop using IQKarma at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
