IQKarma helps you understand how your behavior is seen by you and by the people around you, then work on the behaviors you choose to improve.
You take a self-assessment, invite Peers to give their perspective, and compare the two in your Perception Metric.
IQKarma measures your behavior: how often and how effectively it shows up, as you see it and as the people around you see it.
Your self-assessment and your Peers' responses cover a set of behavioral categories, such as Accountability, Consistency and Influence.
IQKarma does not measure personality, intelligence or character. It focuses on observable behavior, which can change over time.
Behavioral Effectiveness shows how effectively your behaviors show up, based on your own responses and, when available, your Peers' responses.
It is shown on an Effectiveness Spectrum, so you can see how often your behaviors land well and which areas are gaining.
It is a snapshot to help you decide what to work on, not a judgment of you as a person.
You can only see your behavior from the inside. Your Peers see it from the outside, which is where it has its effect.
How you see yourself and how others see you often differ, and neither is wrong. Peer Perspective shows you where the two line up and where they do not, so you can focus on changes others will actually notice.
Without Peers you still get your self-assessment results, but you will not see how others experience you.
Yes. Peer responses are anonymous. Your Peers' ratings are combined before results are shown, and you see only the combined result.
You cannot see which Peer gave which response, and IQKarma does not share that with you. Peers see the questions, never your scores.
At least 3. Peer results are shown once 3 Peers have responded, so no single person's answer can be identified. Until then you see your self-assessment results.
Inviting more than 3 Peers gives a fuller picture. The number of Peers you can invite depends on your plan; see Billing and Plans in the app.
Open Invites to see who has responded, and send a reminder to anyone who has not.
Perception Delta is the difference between how your Peers rate your behaviors and how you rate yourself, shown as a percentage of your own rating.
It is information, not a verdict. You can see it overall and by category.
Neither is more accurate. They answer different questions.
Your Self score shows how you see your behavior and what you intend. Your Peer score shows how other people experience it.
Because your behavior lands on other people, your combined score gives somewhat more weight to Peer responses than to your own. Peer scores also depend on who you invite and how well they know you, so a larger and more varied group gives a more reliable picture.
Your IQKarma Score summarizes your behavioral ratings on a scale from 62.5 to 147. It describes where your behavior stands now. It is not a measure of intelligence, and it can change as your behavior, and how others experience it, changes.
Scores fall into five levels: - Developing: 62.5 to 79.9 - Building: 80 to 94.9 - Consistent: 95 to 109.9 - Strong: 110 to 124.9 - Exceptional: 125 to 147
Your Scorecard shows your score by category so you can see where to focus. The AI Guide explains your results in plain language.
No. IQKarma does not tell you what type of person you are, and it does not measure intelligence. Despite the name and the scale it uses, the IQKarma Score is not an IQ score.
