Who should I invite?

Invite people who see how you actually behave: colleagues, a manager, friends or family. Pick people who know you well enough to answer honestly, and a mix of relationships if you can.

A larger, more varied group gives a more reliable picture. You can reuse the same Peers for reassessments and add new ones whenever you like.
