What is Perception Delta?
Perception Delta is the difference between how your Peers rate your behaviors and how you rate yourself, shown as a percentage of your own rating.
- A positive Delta means your Peers rate you higher than you rate yourself.
- A negative Delta means your Peers rate you lower than you rate yourself.
- A Delta near zero means you and your Peers see you in a similar way.
It is information, not a verdict. You can see it overall and by category.
