How are assessments scored?

You rate how often and how effectively each behavior statement applies. Your ratings are combined by behavioral category, then converted to the IQKarma scale from 62.5 to 147.

Peer ratings are combined the same way. Your Scorecard shows your scores by category, and the AI Guide explains what they mean.
